While I am thinking about it, what a great place this is to hang out with our little neurosis, er, I mean hobby!

Moderators are, you know, moderate, and pretty much let us ramble on about most things, slot car and otherwise.

And the folks here are really great as well as knowledgeable.

It was a nice discovery, when deciding to play with slot cars again after 50 years had gone by. So many things have been learned! So many advances in the old Tjet chassis format! I've been spending hours and hours reading old posts, then going to see what's for sale. Before deciding on a great big 4 lane layout, it's nice to see what all the changes have been since way back when, when the only commercial HO racetrack was Aurora's 'tub' fiberglass thing with the sectional pieces just put together into it. It will certainly be a wonderful combination of reminiscing the past, and enjoying the modern! Long live SlotForum!
