It of course doesn’t stay upright with gravity alone. Two dowels are drilled into the base and the roof sits over them.

Whilst the gutters do actually work, I don’t expect rain in my garage. They are added as I’ve found these kinds of details add significant impact to the finished piece, even though we often don’t consciously notice such details.

The downpipe was one thing I noticed first!

I work similar hours up at 4:30, home around 7:30, 12hrs a day, Wednesday to Wednesday, overtime on weekends if it's there, but with house renos almost done I might get some time for the track soon. Currently doing 8 weeks of 4 days with one bloke on A/L.
