That`s a shame Int. Never mind I`m looking good for Wrexham next day and as the other lads are doing both events we can bore you to death bout what we seen!

I have got a small Phoenix group together for yours, would have been 35 if it was held on Sunday. It`s a start and we are coming over to make some friends and put faces to the names. I`m going to start a new topic...How about a 6 or 12 club inter club tournament? Home and away matches would give you a race each /every other month on a Sunday throughout the year?

jonny, you got to be careful with that, JimB at preston has the porsche challenge and audi challenge already running this year. this means dates will almost certainly clash. JimB will be there on 31st with dates and other stuff.

Yeah I know. We used to do Slot tech but couldn`t fit into N Staffs with 30 plus racers wanting to race. So having also been slated in writing by Pendles JS we don`t do it now, though it would be good to speak to Jim.Would prefer not to clash but realise that the only way forward to get some away racing for Phoenix is to do one on one inter club. PLUS if it can be National then it means more,would look to get it sponsored,prizes etc.

I`m expecting the normal "It`s been tried and failed " response but I`m still gonna try. Unless men have become slaves to women I reckon racers can make more than one Sunday a month. If you cannot then you may as well shoot yourselves now as the rest of your life will be miserable!!

some of us have a levels to do so we can afford all these cars in the future mate! and run clubs!

fair do's tho, there is usually about 20-30+people already going to these events.
You have to also remember not everyone has as good a club room as you!

Thought of that so gonna speak to all for input but think GT cars as per Slot Tech rules are soundest. If a Club can`t host then option to borrow a circuit will be there! we are gonna be building a second circuit.
Considering that you only have to fit in two clubs for a match should be ok for all clubs.

Same location,two 150 feet long circuits side by side. Still got room for a third which could be digital. That`s why I`m so interested in developments on that front. I`ve got the attendance just need to develop in a cautious way to meet need. No need to find a fancy building when a barn does the job.

Ninco (or the UK Distributor The Hobby Co) will NOT be going to the show!

I must admit that they were not there last year so i was supprised when someone said they would be there.
