looking for advice on new laptop purchase,specs etc

hi. i intend to make use of the pc world sale and treat myself to a new laptop,this will replace an ageing and it would be great to know specs would be needed to make ssdc run as smooth as possible. The only thing i have decided on so far is that it must have wi-fi,bluetooth and have 3 usb ports. So if anyone can recommend a reliable machine that would be great.

Way to go ....... where are you on the Throttle-PRO list?? Cat is one tough customer; she doesn't respond to bribery, flattery or cuteness (ala Shrek cat) - good luck as Andrew has trained her well


Any sign of your chips for re-flashing yet??

yes im on the list but where i know not. No rush as im still a few weekends away from getting track running.

Spent most of saturday wiring up and fixing the xlc's and pb into boards,nearlly ready to start coppertaping.

Chips and other stuff are ready for posting and they will be posted this week saturday at latest.
