Notes in one of my old ringback binders seem to confirm that GT Models did make a 2H shell, with a nominal w'base of 85½in (68mm in 1/32), while the full-sized car's w'base was apparently 91in (72mm).
SP also did a 2H, with a 1/32 wheelbase of about 65mm.
The info is in a list that has several sources. Some may have come from a GT Models ad, but I can't guarantee that.

I still have the GT Models body myself, and it is tiny. The main problem with the 2H as a slot car is that it was designed to be small and aerodynamicaly slippery, with a very narrow track and huge tyres. So building a competitive 1/32 model was always a problem.. I raced one in 69 or 1970, with about as much success as I have nowadays. The 1/24 versions (Dynamic, I think?) look really ugly to me- they're widened but not lengthened, so they look very stubby and weird.
I started an accurate (hopefully) resin model, with my renewed burst of energy I might finish it and flip it over to Steve Francis for casting.
