Personally, I find 'Model Slot Car' totally baffling. It is barely readable, all the photos are madly distorted, and it seems really to be a 'mates club'. If you don't know the personalities involved, you're not going to get far with it. No offence to all concerned, and I bet they're real nice people to talk to in the pub. I agree, the attitude is an agreeably humourous one, but in the end I get little from it. This Forum is itself the very best way to get information about the hobby, I reckon. I don't know what you would get from any mag that isn't here already. Are the days of Slot Car mags numbered.... again? A shame maybe, as I love to browse old copies of classic issues of Model Cars, Miniature Auto, Car Model, Model Car Science......
