Hi,

I see a lot of coments on moisture and MDF and as I work in the building material supply trade I wonder if any of you have tried moisture resistant MDF which has a greenish finish??

This is from the manufactures web site

Caberwood MDF Moisture Resistant

Moisture Resistant MDF is designed for interior applications that may be subject to occasional wetting or exposure to humidity.Ideal for kitchen and bathroom furniture, window cills, skirting boards and door architraves.

If I ever get around to a routed track in the shed (the only place I can build it) this is what I will use.

And remember you should always use a fine partical dustmask when routing and sanding MDF. If possible all power tools
used on MDF should have a vac connecting and should be used

I have built several tracks from regular MDF and they are all in tin sheds with no problems. MR MDF is a good idea, but not sure if the extra cost is worth it. Could be the answer IF some had a track under a carport or Verandah.
