Another model built using a Betta & Classic body shell. This model depicts the Mike Parkes Ferrari 312 which finished in 5th place at Zandvoort behind Chris Amons 312.

The body shell has been extensively modified. The engine, exhaust and suspension detailing are all made from scratch using plasti-card, wire and alloy tubing.

Fantastic work as usual!

I have them both in my to-do box and your work is very inspirational.

Cheers

René
Absolutely lovely!

Andy
Brilliant model-making and not a shelf queen as I know you build a quick slot car as well.

David
That is amazing work. Just beautiful cars.

Which chassis, wheels, tires and motor did you use?
These simply set the bar too high which is one of the reasons that I confine myself to modeling prototypes with modestly covered engine bits.

EM
Your modelling skills are simply amazing.

The way in which you execute these builds is pure inspiration.

Please, can you take some pics of the process when you create the details for the engine/transmission?
