Milton Keynes NSCC Swapmeet

Well, Apart from half a dozen of the latest fly cars I wanted, and picking up my Yellow GT40 from last years Ramsgate weekend, it was a cheap (for me) day. Then I saw the Racer Ferrari P4 Daytona set, and just had to buy it. Being me I hadn't brought my cheque book with me, and had to ask a couple of mates if they could write me out a cheque, which fortunately they did, and I now have a dream collection of Racer Ferrari P4's, my all time favourite car.

OH ! this set is just out of this world mate. If you are a fan of this car, or even just the era, and are tempted, buy it. Don't let the price put you off. It will be your most treasured possession (Don't tell the wife).

I could go on and on talking about this set. My colleagues at work (apart from being sick of me talking slot cars all day) know all the ins and outs of this set. Not only do I have this set, but I also have the three individual cars which raced at Le Mans the same year. All I'm waiting for now is the spyder version driven by Jackie Stewart at Brands Hatch. Maybe one day I might be tempted to buy the road versions as well.

This set and all the individual cars just oose quality. The only problem with them is that they are just too good to race.

Hopefully, in the near future, I will get a display case built for it to really set it off.
