Excellent! Right on the ball, Nuro!

But what is the first figure representing?
At time of posting, it's a 1
I'd like to think it was 1 day, but I wonder?

Cheeky pup!

I do 'think maybe'.
But I'd like to know for sure - unwise to make assumptions, as we never tire of pointing out when others do it!

By the time we have debated it a bit, it probably will have come down to 0, thus removing any doubt!

GMT, in this case, stands for Goggle-eyed Moped Time.

Me, I will be tucked up in my Brit Pit by Brit Midnicht and I don't think my sleep will be unduly disturbed by non-leaning bikes!

Is Moped trying to tell us that one of our major cities came to a standstill because of the rush to see the MotoGP site? Is London still operational? I haven't looked at TV yet, maybe the stations have closed down in protest? Has Russell finally gone off his rocker? This is serious stuff, chaps!

Monsieur 'Triple Sec' in good form I see!

Yes, interesting point on the Moto GP gearing - it will be revealing to see figures on that eventually. I don't have time to do the maths right now, but it does seem that the ratios would probably cancel out.

The finishing touch for these magnetic buttocked riders could be each individual limb section held together by small magnets. The kids that Moped knows could then compete on bash'n'crash courses, scoring bonus points for how many bits of body they could rip off per crash. I don't really believe the wee monsters are so blood-thirsty, but he probably has more experience than I do.

That is one tasty looking track!
Particularly impressed by the giant slice of Dutch Edam in the lower section.

HOW tall?
82mm at 1/18 scale = 1.476metres = 58 inches, near-as-dammit 5 feet full size!
Sounds like a very tall story to me!

QUOTE The motor bike racing community appear to be more understanding and are just happy to have a product that moves and offers an opportunity to race their favourite heroes.
Come to think of it, this comment does tend to sound as though it comes from a source that thinks bikers are considered to be too thick to notice any shortcomings.

I am also considerably puzzled by the constant reference to Hornby with regard to slot products. The current marque delineation is Scalextric for slots and the Hornby trade name is reserved for trains and the static kits. Is this some plot to kill the Scalextric name off?
