IME they need a new guide and motor, the Carrera slimline motor in my Mclaren M20 is pretty good.

I am a big fan of ninco i have steered away for the first time to mrrc just beacuse i need a pre 1980 sports and ninco only do a pre 1980 classic sport ,
iv never raced one i was just wondering if any one has used one and what are they like .

I don't think the Carrera guide will fit - I put a Slot It guide in mine, as Fred says decent tyres are a must, I find the standard motor doesn't have any brakes, but the ones Fred has prepared are better than mine.
