Just got my nasamax reynard from Milan Tomasek .Exelent job well worth the wait.
I know one or two of you have posted some pics of Milans work before but I dont think any one has shown his chassis ,
Milan has used pc board constucton for this car and has done a very nice job especialy in the making of the pillow blocks which appear to be some kind of metal .
The car has a falcon motor and picks up prety well as it is quite light at the rear is a single button mag for traction ,Wheels are alloy with sponge tyres ,These required a very small amount of truing and radiusing and are more than adequate for the job,
The guide is a pin arangement made from a cut downjet flag, personaly I dont like the pin arangement on any slot car ,but it works reasonably well on my home set turning in consistant 5 second laps ,it stuggled a bit at slot tech on the up hill inner curves. however this could be easily fixed by reducing the front wheel diameter to let the guide penetrate deeper into the slot
For carrera track I would like a bit more magnet ,purely to keep the beutifull body in one piece .
Milan is a top craftsman and I would stongly recomend any one to buy one of his cars
