Hi Guys,
I frequently get emails about running the Scorpius Lane Brain with other brands of LCs, thus enabling Scorpius to run alongside SSD, Ninco or Carrera.
Of course this is possible with simply adding the Lane Brain and leaving the current SSD, Ninco or Carrera electronics in place. In fact a user (Dani) in Spain is currently building such a system. Basically the 2 lots of electronics are completely independent. The only place where electronics intersect is where wires from both systems connect to solenoids.
No additional bridge rectifier is required as Scorpius car decoders run on AC or DC and in both directions.
