Some weeks ago I started to have a problem navigating around this BB. After I looked at a post and wanted to navigate back to the opening page I had to click the back arrow many times before anything would happen. Yesterday I found that if I right clicked on the back arrow I would get a drop down list of previous pages that included many Facebook pages. I never use Facebook in any form and I never "like" anything. If I just click SlotForum from the drop down list I can go straight to the opening page, but I never had to do that before. I could not find any board setting that would fix the problem. I am using Internet Explorer, I tried Google Chrome and found that I don't have an issue when I use that. I don't have the same problem with any other BB, however I will check my IE settings.

Your history may be showing images hosted on Facebook? - i have started to host photos there and link to them from SF.

Some of the pages that I am trying to back away from do not even contain pictures. It sometimes takes as many as five or six clicks just to get off of the page. As I said this was not a problem a while ago.

Are you sure that your problem isn't just that this site is on occasions extremely slow? If I click back just once, there are often times when it will take 30 seconds or more before it starts to load the previous page. Once started, the page loads quickly. Could it be that your first click would have worked if you'd waited long enough, but you are not giving the server (or wherever the bottleneck is) sufficient time to do its thing before you click again?

When the forum is at its slowest, I've used www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com to check that the problem isn't just local to me, and it never is.

Sometimes the site is slow, once in a while it times out when I am trying to get on it, however the Facebook thing is the major hang up.
