Negative adjusted laps

Hi Dave and fellow RCers

A strange problem I have yet to encounter. We are one of the early adopters and have been using RC since its inception. We have been successfully using auto partial laps which has been a god send for our group. Yesterday, we had a race night and in one heat we had 3 racers receive negative adjusted laps. The laps are listed in the heat in each column but they have been subtracted by adjusted laps counter.

Can you send me the folder that your rc.db is in. Let me know which race this happened in. Also, tell me as much information as you can, in particular about the timing/scoring of your heats and what happened that may have been unique/special on the last couple of laps leading to the negative segments.

I'm guessing you run timed heats and John had the lap lead when the heat ended? Was there a yellow flag or anything special on that last lap in which the drivers were allowed to finish?

I can see in the code how the math could yield a negative number, but I can't see how it possibly could happen...

FYI, studying the code some more, the auto segments may be bugged for heats that end at a specific lap count. Still looking but right now that's the only way I can see that issue happening. I wish you had debug turned on... I have a lot of logging in that area and might see the bug in the logs ):
