With the extra basswood pieces I had left over for the pit building I wanted to make a bridge over the track for a flagman. After many weeks contemplating on how to do it, today I just grabbed some pieces and started putting it together. This is how it turned out. I still need to primer and paint it but here are the first shots.

Nice bridge Lee. Is that a painted Scaley track? What did you use to paint it and is it holding up well?

Steve, yes it is sport track. I used a grey primer by Krylon and it holds up very good, it is now starting to show tire marks but the cars dont wear off the paint.

Hello Lee...

Liked your layout from the start, and it is great to see that you're scenery is getting a "start". Second Steve's post...very nice bridge and pit building too. Also nice to hear that you're track do not wear off the paint. As you may recall I had some serious problems with my own paint, due too a "sloppy" work. Managed to remove it all, so for now it will remain…black.
Anyway…keep up the excellent work and keep the pictures coming.
