Hi everyone,

Here are some pictures of the new FLY GT-40 received this morning.
I tried to do my best for the pictures. I am not a specialist in slotcars, my apologies to the perfectionists.
Nuro will post some better ones as soon as he will be back from Farnham.

Have a nice week end

Nuro's wife

It looks very nice, and your pictures are excellent.

Is someone going to do an in depth review of the Fly Gulf compared to the Scaley one?.

It would make a great read.

Thanx for your comments guys. Glad you liked the pics

Nuro will make a detailled review about this car when he will be back on Wednesday or Thursday.

Till then, have a good time.

I'm in love with those headlights and the fact that the brightwork ain't as, well, bright, as the Hornby offering. Those knock-off wheels look much better.

And they've included the little lights on the numbers. How long till Swiss gets these working?

No comment from Moped yet. Is he on holiday, or just hiding?

I'll say this much.............
I bet Fly's rear spoiler doesn't fall off as easy as Scaley's does (did)

Also, the driver's head does seem to be of correct proportions.

It does seem to have a meaner stance than Scaley's version.
Can't wait til they make it to the states, as I'm sure at least a couple will end up in my dungeon

Here you go guys !!!

I found myself quite efficient with a screwdriver.
I do not have any other shots close up. My camera does not have a great zoom, and all the pics end up out of focus.

Bye for now,

Oh! Boy! Oh! Boy!

What a chassis! It looks like this will beat the classic Ferrari's and Porsche's as the real one...

Thank you, Mrs. Nuro
(I will spend more Euros on a slot car!

Don't worry, I'll give him back his seat asap.

I enjoy helping out when he is not available but I would not be able to do it all like him.

And thanx for your appreciation on my pics

Hmmm,

I've just realized, Moped ain't posted for a while, he's "away on business" and Nuro is "out of town" at the same time.

Suspicious, huh?

I wonder....

P.s. Nice to see that Fly passed on the bath tub approach for the chassis and that waistline.

Mr Nuro here.

This car arrived last Saterday morning 8 days after ordering it with express delivery from Spain.

Swiss and I'll put up a full review tomorrow. This car is very different from the Scaley one with a few good points, but many bad ones too.

Thanks Mrs Nuro for the photos. Thanks guys for your kind words to the wife.

More later...

Nice pics.

I am still "away on business".

Nuro and I are not the same person to "scotch" any rumours. (appropriate considering where I am).

My web time is very limited but you have all been silently monitored for the last fortnight.

Big Brother and all that.

Hey Doug, seeing that Mrs Nuro is pretty handy with a screwdriver now, there should be no need for you to do those odd jobs around the house!!!

Thanks for calling in on us on your wirlwind tour of the UK. Look fowrad to meeting up again
Cheers SEan

Review - It's coming tonight we hope, as long as I can stay awake ! 8 hours driving on top of the drive from Colne to Folkstone via Birmingham, Tingewick and Ramsden, has taken its toll - Thanks for doing the night leg Nuro!

In the meantime, here is the reason my better half was in a strop when I got home...forgot to tell her these were on the way

Howdy;
I really want this car. I am hearing sad news, and this is troubling.
I have waited for this car from this manufacturer since I started this hobby.
(Lots of this's Huh?) She is so pretty. All I wanna do is get some.
