New Fly Truck - Renault

Look what arrived today!
Here's the white Buggyra... It doesn't have the same engine detail and overall little details as the silver truck I have

and here's the Renault - I'm trying to figure out where lights should go in this thing... It'll be a nice little project to make it pop more and add some little details

Fly has re-released the buggyra but they do not have the same level of details that the orginal trucks had.
Same with the new release of the modern version of hte Buggyra truck: the lights are molded in the plastic.
It seems that they have taken also some shortcuts with the Renault: although some of the modern trucks do not have front lights, they must have rear and brake lights, some have duplicated high up in the rear of the cabin.
Some of the original trucks came with lights (you can see the metallic grey Man truck below).
I run them digital with oXigen so adding lights was not too bad.
With Merc I did put a small LED in the central light in the rear cabin.









I love them! I wish someone would make the more modern versions.

In the real world they go in the front grille

You can see better with the lights off.



And I think they have tried different types of LEDs
