Coming soon from Le Mans Miniatures, the Audi Sport Japan Team Goh R8, winner of the 2004 Le Mans 24-Hours.

Tom Kristensen took his sixth victory at Le Mans with the Team Goh Audi, equalling the record of the great Jacky Ickx, sharing the car with co-drivers Seiji Ara and Ronaldo Capello.

The LMM 1/32nd scale car will be available in kit form, pre-painted kit form and built, ready to race.

Kind regards

Lemans Miniatures are beautiful 1/32 scale bodies to work with. They are a little spendy, but I think, worth it.
I purchased the Ford MKIV,Matra MS 630,and the Alpine Renault, all in unpainted, kit form.
I checked last month on the Lemans Miniatures web site, and noticed that they were doing the R8 in 1/32 scale. Fabulous!!!
Here are some pictures of the car I will do.

Correct me if i am wrong, but this is the only car Tom Kristensen have driven, that you can get as a slotcar isnt it?

Being a dane i simply must have this, but it's sooooo expensive
. Paying that much for a car, i hope it performs well. Is LMM just making shelfqueens, or do they perform well?

Shelf queens with low to reasonable performance.

They won't stand up to heavy racing, especially if the price is a concern - which it IS for most of us, nice 'gentlemans racer' though.

Hi Fangio,
SCX do the Audi R8 No.8 Le Mans Winner from 2000 (ref no. 60360)
Fly does the Joest Porsche No. 7 Le Mans Winner from 1997 (ref no. A42) and
Ninco does the BMW V12 LMR No.17 "Dell"(That should have won in 1999) (ref no. 50209)
You can still find them on e-bay if you're lucky.

The Joest car I'm pretty sure is stocked by Pendle. Ninco LMRs can usually be found in dinky little hobby shops that don't update their stock to often, haha.

R8 LM winner might take a bit of searching though.

Your quite right LMP04
Pendle have got The Joest Porsche in stock at £35 that got me thinking so I looked for the BMW and they've got that also for £26.
