Supertires have decided to bring out several sizes of their tyres in Urethane!

Like the silicones these will be $1.50 pr.

Sizes will be 452" .456" .460" .464" .468" .472" .476" & .480"

The tyres have a cool radiused edge, and these will also feature on a new range of silicone tyres

I am sorting out a group order, who wants some?

Those sizes for tyco will be too tall for serious racing, when we are running on .422's in silicone

There is nothing that says the tyres have to be used with a certain wheel or chassis.

I'm prepared to give them a try. Up to now Supertires products have always been great. Lord knows how many HO races they have won.

There will probably be more sizes down the line. Traditionally 'Thanes are considered slower than silicones, but better when the track is dusty or green...

The sanding being easier is something else that gets mentioned as a plus for 'thanes.

I would suggest anyone who wants some of these through the group buy PM me, I don't want what is meant to be more of an information thread being tossed by the Mods for breaking the TOS. My bad for mentioning the price.

It is confirmed that .434" .438" .442" & .448 sizes will follow the ones above in due course.

I'm especially interested in the radiused edge, generally they do make for a slightly more forgiving car, but up to now nobody has done them in a comprehensive range, and with Supertires durability.
