In pic 2, see the two chairs. Drive from there. If you come off at the far corner you can do a whole lap before the person you are racing against can get all the way over there, put the car back on and get back again. Good fun.

I came incredibly close to loosing my new favourite red and white GT 40 down that hole. I came round the corner too fast, it jumped the slot and then slide right round the edge of the whole barrier to rest on the edge of the drop. I've since added another barrier section to that corner after it happened a second time.

I know all too well the perils of slot circuits built in the loft.

Not too long ago my brand new MG Lola Sport (the MG works version) spun off the track bounced on to a hard chipboard floor, then down through the open loft hatch, on to the upstairs landing of my house and then to make matters worst it then bounced down roughly ten carpetted stairs and the end result was....

...only a broken rear spoiler - excellent build quality Scalextric!

Me too. Fly Corvette flew off the track, barrel-rolled over the barriers, dropped three feet to the floor, bounced through the hatch and hit the loft ladder before coming to rest on the landing!

Both front stub axles popped out of their mounts, the rear spoiler came off and snapped and a corner of bodywork in front of the rear wheel arch disappeared, never to be seen again.Oops!

Looks like a fun track Sleeper, and welcome to the madhouse.

Rob (yet another one)
