News section
To all members:
I've set the SlotForum front page to read live information only from the News section.
For a definition: News is anything new - simple heh! After a while - News stories will move from news to cars, events, track etc.
If someone posts in news - and please go ahead and post, it gets accepted by the system, but doesn't appear to visible in the forum. It gets queued for moderation. A moderator has to see the story first and then either approves it or deletes it. Once approved, it goes up on the forum and is visible to all.
If something is not suitable for the front-page, but is still interesting, it will get approved and moved right away to another more appropriate section.
