A lot of times, the noise on a NINCO slot car comes from the front axle hitting the front axle holders. The solution for this is to put a small amount of medium weight plastic compatible oil where the front axle touches the front axle holders. I do this on all my NINCO slot cars and they are a lot quieter.
Have you glued the motor and axle bearings in place.
Not sure how you have fitted Slot.It Crown on the Ninco axle as they are different sizes, did you also fit a Slot.It pinion?
Also try gluing and truing BOTH the front and rear tyres
Finally another way of getting rid of the front axle rattle is to glue a couple of washers on the axle holders at the correct height and after you have trued the front tyres of course!
