I've tried one.

Here's all I can say about it:

I tested one for about 5 - 10 laps. It had no magnet in and absolutely nothing else done to it; literaly out of the box otherwise.

It ran rings around an NC2 powered CLK DTM which had been race prepared.

Cool, eh?
