Has anyone ever got one of these to work, because I can't get it to work with an SCX Chrono, I've tried swapping the polarity round, disconnected the brake wire, took it apart, put it back together again and generally got annoyed with it, I think it needs more volts than the 14V of my SCX power supply.

Dont know enough about the set up but is the SCX a wall wart and is it a DC or AC supply. Even if it is a DC supply it would be a carp supply with a lot of AC ripple. Just a guess on my part.

cheers

I remember looking at these when they were released and they required the track to be required. From what I can remember two wires went to the power supply and then one out to the track, as well as another wire from the power supply to the track.
Sorry for being so vague but it has been a long time since I looked at one.

I think Russell Sheldon may have posted a diagram many years ago, on a thread about these.
