NLSME Thursday night racing

Happy New Year to all NLSME Thursday night racers, it what I'm sure will be a great year of racing for all BSCRA members of the club.


After last nights fun and frolics and various rule change decisions, next Thursday sees the start of our racing calender , with 1/32nd Production Cars taking to the stage, should be a good night with a couple of our ' Newbies' coming along with cars that they have purchased.


Beyond that , Round 3 of the Area 6 National qualifying series will take place at NLSME on Sunday 12th January, with North Londons talent right in the mix of things as far as the Championships are concerned.


NLSME also is very proud to host Round 1 of this years 1/32nd British Open Championship over the weekend of 25th/26th January, and we look forward to giving some of Britains best slot car racing talent a big welcome back to ' THE LIONS DEN '.


So a busy month awaits .

Thankyou to the NLSME Thursday MEMBERS , that have offered to help with fixing the damaged window at the club.
A working party has been arranged ( in conjuction with Ian) , for next Saturday, so I'm sure a good job will be done along with cleaning the place up a bit and hoovering the floors before next weeks area 6 National qualifier.

Great nights fun and games last Thursday saw ' YOURS TRULY' take another popular win with my Falcon powered 1/24th Production car.


This Thursday sees The North London F1 and F2 Championship get underway , then we look forward to welcoming THE VERY BEST IN BRITISH SLOT CAR RACING as we host Round 1 of this years 1/32scale British Open Championship .

With a whole host of TOP TALENT coming along to do battle at ' THE LIONS DEN', it should make for a Fantastic weekend of Sport.


Look forward to seeing all the ' REAL NLSME AND BSCRA RACERS ' over the next few days.
