North Wales Slot Car Club -
is a brand new club formed by six slot enthusiasts from the North Wales area, some of whom have been involved in slot racing from way back in the sixties ! !
The track we have is a routed wood four lane circuit with a lap length of roughly 65 feet.
This will be extended over the coming months to approximately 110 feet lap length, with an interesting banked corner and a corner which climbs to a raised section of track.
Racing will be timed by a computer controlled system.
The track is suitable for all types and makes of cars 1/32nd or 1/24th scale.
Once the track is ready for racing we will be taking a limited number of new memberships,
but will also be open to visiting non members.
Juniors will be welcomed too as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Club cars and controllers will be available at a small fee for casual racers.
Final details of membership and race fees plus race night details will be posted, as soon as the track is fit for racing.
