Had a bit of spare time on my hands, so I thought I'd get this finished. Parma Holeshot chassis and 16D motor, Pro Slot wheels and JDS hammered Austin body, homemade graphic and acetate windows.

Thanks Kev, I enjoy building them. Have to keep them simple though, just in case the worst happens!!! Built my Son a similar hammered Karman Ghia last month, put a G20 motor in it, did three runs 51mph .7 sec. Fourth run car took off at the finish line and smashed the body to pieces. Luckily chassis and wheels all ok. Trimmed up and painted a spare body and it's ready to race again next Friday.

Finish line is just over 40ft away from start line and we don't allow people to stand near the end of the track. I just wish we could capture some of the crashes on video, they're quite spectacular!!!

Ha, that's great! It really does look spooky, especially that first photo with the glowing headlights (eyes?) and floating above the ground.
