When this car came out some 4 or 5 weeks back it was supposed to be a limited edition of only 500 models worldwide. I'm surprised to see it is still in stock in most UK outlets.

Is it a particularly poor model to buy? Or was this limited edition of 500 models worldwide a little bit wrong?

Well that's mighty interesting. Curiouser and curiouser.

I assume you have one? Is it a good racing slotcar, because it's obviously not selling well in the UK if there are only 500 of them for sale over here.

How are the big rear wheels and the gap for the 'airwheel' system? I've heard it creates a concave tyre formation that reduces tyre grip.

i use a sort of airwheel system on flat hubs with no locating rings. i either drill round the centre of the hubs or just glue the edges of the tyre to the rim with a slow set ca glue for positioning. i use pal g,s tyres with the bigest slot width, because their a lot lighter than solid tyres and they work fine with no dip in the middle. john
