Brought a nsr Abarth ( a/w 21,400) from a club member, was advise that i required to change the standard pinon 14t to a 12t as to get better braking on our track. I remove the two front screws which removes the chassis from the body, looking at the way the motor is fitted, i thought how does that come out, i decided not to remove motor, and was able to remove pinon with a ninco pinon tool, no probs so far, fitting the new pinon was the "fun & games". I had a nsr 7112 pinon which just would not start to go on to the motor shaft, luck i had a small taper round file which i was able make a taper on the inside of the pinon, using the ninco tool was able to press on to motor shaft. Car running really well on home track, can"t wait till club night to test. have fun & merry xmas
