Why on earth did you put the roof mirror on backwards??
Nice colour, apart from the mirror it looks like a clean build!

If i'm honest I didnt know what the hell it was and I was wondering why there was a little window in the roof!
I thought maybes it was a spot light!

I'm sure I can turn it around!

No problem, but since I built one of these it struck me as odd...
Oh, you guys wanna see the pics?

Well alright then, but don't say I didn't warn you (for the size of the piccie of course, maybe a tad large for some)

See what I meant?

Aberstone - that looks stunning mate. Love the colours! Those decals look sweet too - did you buy or make those beauties or are they included in the kit?

Cheers,

Phil, thats really smart, better than the 'out the box' Alan Mann versions!

Is that gold stripe a waterslide or painted on?

Thanks for the comments lads, the stripes are Trimline self adhesive coachlines made by Model Technics. You get 2.5 metres in 8 widths from 0.5 50 10.0mm on a roll. Costs about £3.50 and a range of ten colours. After a day`s application it won`t lift or shrink, it`s good stuff

Aber,

that is brilliant !!.

First thing I did was remove, prime, and spray black the wheel inserts,

but you have gone a whole mile beyond that.

Absolutely brilliant.

QUOTE (FZSsemans® @ 3 Jun 2011, 21:02) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>those fishlips look great! wow. I would keep that mirror the other way around......just a statement!

Thanks!

And i've already decided that its staying that way, I thought it was a spot lamp and thats what it shall remain as!

Just starting my P68 build and managed to get some paint on the body this afternoon........
I cast mine from resin so I can do a selection of my fave colour schemes

I really love the shape of this car and look forward to getting it finished soon.

Keep the pics coming - the more P68's the merrier!

Cheers,

Nigel
