Old cars Yellowing

Hope someone can give some advice, I recently bought an old rover police car via e-bay, That has the usual "yellowing"

on the white body.
Please does any one have tips or advice on how to repair the body

Is it possible to repair the damage

toothpaste also works on knives for the same reason. gets rid of rust a treat. might work on the rails of old track
