I'm selling off a load of old scalextric for a bloke including a fair number of cars, pictures of which can be found here

if you can let me have a rough idea of how much any of these cars are worth I'd be greatfull, there are a few odd ones like you steer, steering and pivot chassis

It is a cliche but true - they are worth as much as anyone is willing to pay!

Only you know the condition so I would check ebay for similar products and see what they went for.

As Matt says it's difficult to value stuff without actually seeing it but the pictures are pretty good so I think I can give you a fairly good idea.

The most valuable car there is the white Mercedes, in good order this would be a £60 car, but it looks to be in rather poor condition so the value is really only the sum of the spare parts for this, about £20.
As for the others there is nothing very rare or valuable, most of the cars will have a value of between £10 and £20 and less for those cars that are not complete i.e. missing screens and aerofoils etc.

My advice would be to stick them on ebay as a job lot, with a reserve of £150

the last one is the you steer car, can anyone help me at all with this one as I haven't come acrss them before? there is also a throttle for it by the way

There is no extra value for the U-steer cars, the Lamorghini Muira can be a little hard to track down as a u-steer, but the Ford is a common car, value is about £20 max in this condition. Throttle has no value whatsoever!!

if you want to make this a many of the other cars look 100% better, then get yourself a can of Lighter Fuel (petrol) and give them a wipe over too get rid of the glue around the decals and stickers.
