Yet another stupid question from the master of all stupid questions related to digital,

Is it possible on a digital circuit to have 1 lane running and 3 cars on that 1 lane?

Lane 2 shut down?

Althought in writing this i have just thought oh yea that wont work....

But not always....

There is no reason why you couldn't do this, as it would work and can be achieved by having no lane change sections.

There is also a good reason for doing it....pursuit.

Two cars (or 3/4/5/6) on the same lane, starting off at different points - an oval would be a good circuit to use. Though for 3 or more cars you'd really want a large circuit.

The first car to catch the other car (by making contact) wins. Or if you have 3 or more cars, you eliminate car when you catch it.

Integrali anyone would think you were a cynic my son!

I believe that the controller is meant to handle 3 cars. the lane you are in is irrelevant so it should all work in one lane.
