Get your point but I think it becomes a difficult topic because the slot car industry seems to be smaller and more interwoven than you might first think. I got annoyed when one of my favourite retailers got an unfair appraisal, by someone who is close to another retailer and made no secret of it. I happen to spend a bit of time in the shop chatting and that’s part of the experience for me. So I know them quite well and then someone slanders them over something very minute (not on this forum thankfully) and I feel for them because it’s their livelihood and they are actually a fantastic retailer, just someone didn’t like one little thing that they did differently to other retailers.

Thankfully, one bad review isn't going to make or break a retailer. It takes a trend of either good or bad experiences from customers for a retailer to either prosper or falter.

And how about postal services?
I have had multiple issues which I think can be addressed to the postal service of a specific country. Won't call any names (yet), countries make formidable enemies
