These are a few of the pictures taken to get the ball rolling. They have been compressed as much as possible to still offer a reasonable quality but download times may still be lengthy as the number of pictures builds up.

Can you spot the SCI members behind all those black boxes and cables?

The Getslotted sponsored rally circuit. The lads appear to be mesmerised by "the hand of God". Note that the prize car is well and truly in safe keeping. Do you get the feeling that tall people have an advantage in this timed event judging by the lad on the right? Maybe Inte should hand the prize back and let somebody else have it who is more deserving!
There is another SCI member in camera by the way.

The Pendleslotracing sponsored digital circuit. Do you get the feeling that this digital racing thing leads to rapid hair loss! Maybe thats why Sean hasn't tried it himself yet!

Spot Boyzone. Now Shane (the wild and crazy one!) can print this picture off and pass it on to Ronan, Stephen, Keith and Mikey to proove that there is life after a band split. Note that the Boyzone USA fanzine website was last updated on May 31st 1999. Its about time the band had a reunion gig...
...come on Jonny S, you can sort it! Also spot yet another SCI member.

More anon

Cheers Mope, great to see you back and contributing! I can`t spot SCI members as I`m not on there, I`ll have to ask my dog `Millie`.

Matt, you were a complete star and an asset (I said assET). Worked hard on that circuit and i was well impressed with your friendly attitude to those young tearaways (all Phoenix lads in that piccie, `Mutley` `Taz the devil dance and hooded racer` `J.W` `Mad Dog` and `Growler`. The kids loved SCX Digital!

One of those daft black boxes blew up two of my lanes on Saturday nite. No name, no pack drill!

Me again.

I have got quite a few pictures so what I am going to do is knock up a quick website with three themes and bang a load of thumbnail pictures on there to speed it all up for you and. It will also give the SCI guys on the other side of the pond an idea of how to do it properly. Forget NASCAR, "Phoenix GT Day" type events are where the real action is!

The themes will be Pre-Add and his superb vintage F1 range of cars (quite a few good pictures), the NSCC stand and the collection of rare Scalextric cars on display (more good pictures), and last but not least the event itself (lots of circuits and people).

Give me 3 or 4 days and the picture site will be up as I am on the case of something else web related at the moment so slightly busy.

Cheers
