Bizarre.......I don't know what it is, but I never paid any notice to this era of GP cars until getting into slots, but they are rapidly becoming must haves. I love the sleekness of the cars......automotive perfection????

You can take you're carbon fibre, traction controlled, areodynamics and shove it.....i'll take a time machine and go back to watch cars like this in action anyday.

hi Meshers, i see you like the"real" cars, if you have a look on mark gussins web sight you will find the body kits that i produce,these cover 20 kits from 1934 through to 1956 covering all the major gp cars between these dates, try your hand at scratch building its groovy baby!!! mac p

Looks like a fine model. Pity it costs so much, but probably worth it for its uncommon looks and collector value. Great to see Cartrix widening their production. I hope that other manufacturers start making these classic single-seaters with Cartrix and Scalex.

i hope to try my hand at scratch building soon...i've always admired mark gussins work ever since i began trawling the web for slot car info several years ago and came across his scratchbuilt examples

let's hope the trend in open wheel racers from that era conti nues though as there seems to be a niche in the slot market for these fine historic race-mobiles
