High, just had a Molesey committee meeting the other night and I have just talked my way into running a class which mirrors the 'Porsche Challenge'

We are going to use your rules and hopefully host a round or two, could even drag a few up to race at your rounds.

All this will get past (I hope) at our AGM in November.

Also so thinking about running the Slot.it HRS chassis would this be OK the the Porsche Challenge?

Certainly, as long as all the parts used to construct the car are made by those listed manufactures - its fine.

Next and final round of this year is at Wolverhampton. The Championship goes down the wire, with only 1 point seperating the leaders.

Hi Phil,
i have been asked by many of the southern clubs to run a round of the porsche challenge there. if we can get enough clubs interested a southern series could be on the cards for 2005. i will be speaking to roland brooks to see which clubs would be willing to host rounds of the event.

Phil,

The Slot.it HRS chassis *IS* eligible under Porsche Challenge rules.

Reasons:

1 It's made of plastic. (all chassis MUST be plastic)

2 It's made by Slot.it (an allowable mfr)

3 So called 'grandfather rights' ie it's been used before under the currently framed rules
