Tonight was a bit of a sad night for me as it was our last at Bushey Place.

Averil and I started Presto Park there five years ago with only six members which has now grown to thirty three,

far more than we ever expected all those years ago and we still have those six members in the club.
It is an exciting time for the club as we move next Monday to our huge new club room, so space will not be an issue as it always has been at Presto, the track is being revamped and extended. Hopefully the move will be good for the club and we will be able to welcome old members back and encourage new members to take up this great hobby. We have some great ideas in mind for the future and two big race meetings coming up also.
Tonight's racing was as good as ever with a new lap record by Jim yet again and a photo finish in the A final for second place. The results were as follows :-

Next week will see us using the new temporary wooden track kindly loaned by Peter , so this will be another challenge for everyone getting to grips with the new surface and track layout, until the new track is finished.
