DATE FOR YOUR 2012 DIARIES!

Following on from my event yesterday I will be running another Presto Park Classic Event on Saturday/Sunday 6th & 7th October 2012.

I have lots of ideas that will make this another great event for the club, so keep an eye on 'Slot Forum Events' for further details later in the year. Thanks. Mike

Hi Mike.
That weekend is Wolves Classic Saloons (6th/7th October).
I would like to do your classic event next year, but the date clash makes it difficult. At least 2/3 of your entrants this year are regular Wolves Saloon runners, so will be faced with choosing between the events.
Phil Insull posted all the Wolves classic event dates in the events forum, about 3 weeks ago.
Difficult these days to not clash with something in the slot calendar, but it is a shame to clash with such a rival attractionl for your entries.

Hi Mike,
You can count on me for this one.
If I have to choose between Wolves Euro Saloons and Presto then I choose Presto.
But, as Bill says, you may be taking a bit of a risk by running your event on the same weekend.
I have sent you a PM with my spreadsheet of all next years known dates.

Hi Mike,
Count me in as well, providing you use your normal power supply and not the 4 amp battery charger from last Sunday!

Hi Mike. My power supply is a 46amp one so even you should have enough power off the line when the new circuit goes in. Glad you enjoyed your 'sauna' on Sunday. Not many Slot Clubs have a sauna you know.
