Yes. If your motor has that, then you don't need to worry about adding the ferrite man. That's why slot.it don't include it pre-soldered to the chip like they used to.

Depending on the year when this specific 956 was released, it might be a tight fit.
As Mr Flippant said, most likely you will need to unsolder the connectors from the chip and install longer wires for both the guide and motor.
Hope that you have some basic soldering skills (especially for working on the chip).

As Grunz says, his thing would be to open another post...

anyway I remember something from (8.). Somehow the remote got into bootloader mode.
Try to connect the controller with Bootloader and install the same version of firmware that it had (if you remember)
