The tape they use for dry-lining seams is very good. I used it on my stock cars and it looks the part. The big diy stores stock it.

try to find an old wedding dress and use the mesh usually covering the face of the happy young girl . It's perfect . If needed , got a stock .

best regards

PS : got a mesh stock , not a young girl stock ....

Might be safer to try the fabric store rather than venturing near the ex-wife. I could be wrong, but, just a suggestion. Tulle and the like are not expensive and the ladies are usually very helpful, even when you explain what you want it for.

Tule might do it. I used it for 1/43 chain-link. It does come in different size and style meshes.

Here it is, just needs to be turned 45 deg for your application:

FYI for anyone in N. America, I found screen door netting, the black fibreglass stuff, for ..... $1.25 at Dollar Giant (Canada).
Can anyone beat that price?

Cheers!
