Can't see your picture, did it arrive broken?
Their customer support line can be pretty good, but if you don't get satisfaction then PM Adrian Norman who is our forum member that works for them.

Two side notes:
1. My cable arrived the same day the unit did!!!
2. It's awesome fun, getting lap times is great!

I've contacted them via their web form, wish me luck


I know there's personal responsibility etc etc etc, but just a bit annoyed that I chose to order direct from the UK after assurances that quality woes were behind them only to be hit with a quality issue.

WOW.

-Ship it back to them
-They will refund shipping costs
-They will ship out new one

That is amazing.
