Obviously a Sunbeam Alpine...I like the E-type-Jag-esque bonnet
It's a Tiger actually. In the other pic of the same car you can see it has twin tailpipes, a chrome strip along the rear wing, and you can actually read 'Tiger' on the front wing. The first pic's not so clear though.

I wonder if the bonnet bulge is to clear twin 4-barrels.

A Tiger's a totally different animal to an Alpine, even though they look similar on the outside. I drove quite few of them during the development phase in the early-mid 60s and they were much better than a stock Alpine in almost all respects.
