We had 6 racers turn up on the 3rd of November for racing on my track.

The 6 were: Ed, Ronan (myself!), Dave, John, Bryan and George.

Race 1 was Ed's choice and he picked Ninco GTs:

Ed was on yellow, George on red, Bryan on Blue and John on green.

The result was:

1. Ed +fastest lap (FL)
2. George
3. John
4. Bryan

Race 2 was George's pick and he went for Classic NASCARs:

George was on yellow, Ronan on red, Dave on blue and Ed on green.

The result was:

1. Ronan +FL
2. Ed
3. George
4. Dave

Race 3 was Ronan's choice and he went for Trans Am cars:

Ronan was on yellow, Bryan on red, John on blue and George on green.

The result was:

1. George
2. Ronan +FL
3. John
4. Bryan

Ronan was unlucky here as he was 2 laps up on George when his Pioneer stopped dead 2 laps from the finish. It turned out to be a broken guide wire, so a black mark against the previously impeccable reliability (and race winning ability!) of his Pioneer fastback Mustang.

Race 4 was Bryan's pick and he went for Scalextric "hi-impact" cars:

Bryan was on yellow, Dave on red, Ed on blue and Ronan on green.

The result was:

1. Ronan +FL
2. Bryan
3. Dave
4. Ed

Ed was very unlucky in this race, he was using Ronan's hi-impact Ferrari and it just was not running well (sorry Ed!).

Race 5 was Dave's choice and he picked Ninco McLaren F1s:

Dave was on yellow, John was on red, George was on blue and Bryan was on green.

The result was:

1. Dave +FL
2. Bryan
3. George
4. John

Race 6 was John's choice and he picked Scalextric LMP cars:

John was on yellow, Ed was on red, Ronan on blue and Dave on green.

The result was:

1. John +FL
2. Ed
3. Ronan
4. Dave

The final results were:

1st: Ronan (13 points +3 FL's)
2nd: Ed (11 points +1 FL)
3rd: George (11 points)
4th: John (9 points +1 FL)
5th: Dave (8 points +1 FL)
6th: Bryan (8 points)

A great night overall with close racing and a bit of drama too.
