These models do look interesting and I suspect that they are sold out already!

I think Scalextric are due for another Bentley release. Its been over 10 years since the last one. Classic/vintage cars clearly are making a comeback.

Looking at the panel gaps, especially the mis-aligned door on the Cord, I suspect that they are die-casts. I can't speak to their current production, but about 4 years ago I bought a BUM Slot Wolf Dallera - not a bad body - mounted on absolutely the worst plastic chassis I have ever seen. Perhaps they have changed but I would regard their cars not as RTRs but as "starting points" for semi-scratch build.

You sure, Moped? I know the Power & Glory releases were around 92/93 but surely the blue one was a couple of years later. Please make me feel young(er) again.

These B U M cars are brand new to the slot market - fresh, breaking news.
So fresh that the vast majority have not been made and are certainly not sold out.

If and when Scalextric announce a re-release of the Bentley, (or anything else)
then that will be posted in its own news topic as soon as we hear of it.
NEWS is a little different from gossip, rumour and speculation and our intention
is to maintain that distinction as far as possible.
