Heres a question for you all.
As i browse the forum i see a lot of ID 's related to cars.
I was just wondering if their are petrol heads as well as slot heads out there?

So i thiught it would be interesting to see what real cars people drive?

I drive a SEAT Toledo V5 (Compromise i wanted a Skoda vRS the wife wanted something less manic)
A 91model Landie Defender 90 to tow the jetski with, which i sold a westie to buy.(not a dog).

Managed to fit me, the wife, a 3 yr and all our luggage for a holiday in Tuscany so we thought why bother with anything else. I do look a bit of a giant in it being 185cm and 95kg but we are readily recognisable!

As a one small car family whose fuel bill a year ago was £40 a week and now is under £10 a week I say hit em hard and get those monster cars with 1 person off the road!!!

however when I change job and need a car for work I reserve the right to change that opinion.

Ah, you trumped me there Iceman. We don't import the LX470, just the Land Cruiser version. I borrowed a GX470 on holiday in New England. V nice with that engine, but again we only import 4.0 litre V6 or 3.0 diesels. That's what fuel at £4 ($6) a gallon will do for you.
