Ahhhh.... RollerCoaster. An ABC (Aust Broadcasting Corp not the American one. Think of the BBC but still wearing short pants) Kids TV production that is no longer made. The host, here depicted as Prof Slo was a strange creature, but the kids seemed to like him.
