You know the Paris car chase film where they strap a camera to the Ferrari V12 and drives like a nutter around Paris?

Yes?

Anyone know where i could download this as a MPEG file (not a AVI or WIM)

Thanks

QUOTE drives like a nutter around Paris?
In my experience, there is no other way to drive successfully in Paris!

If someone gives me the name of the film, I'll check if it's available on one of the file sharing programs where I spend most of my time.

Thanks for the info Jamie - I am at it now (In WinMX!)
My guess is that the largest files are probably high class Japanese Porn - might stop us from being too fanatical about cars, so possibly not a bad bad thing, eh!

By some incredible coincidence, several hours after that last post and while I was snoring my little fat head off in bed, my PC downloaded two files by the name of "C'était un rendezvous"!

One turned out to be a poor quality copy of the second half of "Intolerable Cruelty" with George Clooney and Catherine Zeta-Jones. I half watched it and it looks like a garbage movie to me, but she is quite pretty, for a welshman. God only knows why someone mis-named the stupid thing - there are some weirdos about on file-sharing sites - I know, I know, I am there too!

However, the other, smaller file appears to be the real thing.
It is an .AVI, it's 61MB in size and it's not very good - dark, indistinct and not very exciting. Nice sound, though otherwise disappointing.
I am pleased I didn't pay £15 for an original DVD, that's for sure!

If anyone wants it and we can work out way of getting it to you, you are very welcome.

In fact, as an owner of an original 16mm film made directly from the negatives of the short movie, I can guarantee the authenticity of both the film, it's speed and its sound track. It is of fair quality but it happened. The time was not 6AM but 4.30AM, and it was shot in June when light is good at this time of the day.
