<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Buy a new chassis, they're about ÂŁ2 plus postage on EBay
This would be the ideal solution.. I had a look on eBay and found very little.. Can you post some links..?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>It is not clear to me where the chassis is broken, between the guide pin and the motor if I understand it correctly. You are unlikely to have any luck using glue. Epoxy might work in some places. The chassis is either Nylon or Delrin. I have repaired a break in the center of the chassis by touching it with a hot soldering iron to melt the sections together. In the US Scale Auto has replacement chassis for 3USD. JAG Hobbies sells them for 3.50USD.
I'd say at a guess that it has had an impact to the guide pin some how, and the chassis has cracked / split from the guide pin socket, back to where the motor sits in the chassis.. Being in such a "high load" area of the chassis, I dont think that any repair will be all that successful..
Thanks for the links, but I think that (international) postage is going to make them very expensive..
Gareth, The bodies look to be made of styrene, so modelling glue would work fine on them, however the chassis are made from some type of nylon..
I'll give CA a go, and if it works then well and good, if not then I have a shelf queen until I can sort out another chassis..
Mark..
